The harness lets you tune how it talks in the terminal — bluntness, persona, explanation depth, how hard it interviews you. Six knobs in terminal-voice.yaml, resolved by voice_prefs.py, injected at session start. persona sets the surface form of the prose; voice_level sets the harshness inside that form — the two are orthogonal. The work group is default-eligible; the fun group is opt-in.
